Public Notice
The Housing Authority of the City of Jonesboro has updated its draft of the Housing Choice Voucher Admin Plan and the Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) with Effective Date of November 1, 2026, in compliance with current HUD regulations. It is available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 203 Hightower Street, Jonesboro, Georgia. Office hours are Monday – Thursday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
A public hearing will be held on October 13, 2026 at the Authority’s Community Center, 207 Hightower Street, Jonesboro, Georgia at 2:00 PM.
