The Jonesboro Housing Authority (JHA) would like to welcome you to our Housing Authority. This page should be used by JHA’s approved CoC Providers in assisting families to obtain an Emergency Housing Voucher. All families are required to watch and fill out the following items upon being referred to JHA.

You will need to assist the participant/family in filling this out and either scan and E-mail back to JHA or drop these forms off at JHA’s drop box located at 203 Hightower Street, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236. Please NOTE, if you scan these forms and E-mail them back to JHA, make sure ALL pages are contained in one (1) PDF file and NOT in individual PDF files, pictures aka JPEGs or GIFs – JHA will only accept PDF file formats.
