Initial Portable Briefing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Jonesboro Housing Authority (JHA) would like to welcome you to our Housing Authority.\u00a0 JHA has in person briefings, when JHA receives your paperwork, we will reach out to you to schedule an appointment for a briefing.\u00a0 Briefings occur on Tuesdays, please give JHA time to process your paperwork before calling to inquire on your port paperwork.\u00a0 Please Make sure you watch the video below and go through all the steps listed below and fill out the forms.\u00a0 You may drop them off in our drop box in front of our building or preferably E-mail them to portability@jonesborohousing.com<\/a>.\u00a0 Your Application and ALL Requested forms MUST be submitted or received one (1) week prior to your scheduled briefing date!<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Click Here to See Things Portable Tenants Should Know<\/a> (This form is also in the portable briefing packet, but JHA wants to make sure residents know these things)<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Click Here to Download \/ Print Out JHA Portability Packet<\/a>.\u00a0 You will need to fill this out and either scan and E-mail back to JHA or drop these forms off in JHA’s drop box.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Once JHA has received the information Packet Above and Updated Income, you will receive a Voucher, a Request for Tenancy Approval (RTA) packet and Rent Estimates.\u00a0 Be sure you have included all Social Security Cards, Photo Id’s and Birth Certificates as this would delay JHA from issuing your Voucher!<\/p>\n

Please be patient on receiving your Voucher, RTA and Estimate!\u00a0 You will not receive these until you are scheduled for your in person briefing appointment and attend your briefing.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
